 The dumpling-centric, Irvine-based eatery will soon have a second location at Bixby Village Plaza Mad Dumplings — the food truck turned brick-and-mortar concept by college friends Fen Yi Chen and Edwin Lee — will debut its second outpost at 5760 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90803, in Bixby Village Plaza, right across the street from Cal State University, Long Beach.
