Mad Dumplings is Opening a Long Beach Location

The dumpling-centric, Irvine-based eatery will soon have a second location at Bixby Village Plaza

Mad Dumplings — the food truck turned brick-and-mortar concept by college friends Fen Yi Chen and Edwin Lee — will debut its second outpost at 5760 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90803, in Bixby Village Plaza, right across the street from Cal State University, Long Beach.

The duo’s maiden operation hails from Irvine, CA, located on Campus Drive near the acclaimed university.
